The Agency may be decent but the agent we have, Judy High, is the most incompetent insurance agent I have ever come across in the 42 years that I’ve been dealing with insurance agents. She has no follow up and only wants you to take what she gives you. Our homeowners insurance company, Citizens, sent us a letter of cancellation and want to increase our cost another $800 after 3 months even though we paid for the year in full and upfront just because the wind mitigation report was not in our name. The last email we received from Judy High was back in December before our huge move from New Jersey to Florida and days prior to Christmas. A good agent would have followed up to make sure their clients didn’t get in the mess we are in now. Thanks Judy High for nothing!!!
